PowerPlan support philosophy starts with the idea that by specializing expertise and software for asset-intensive companies. We can deliver effective solutions with a depth of features unmatched by any other vendor, at a lower total cost, in a shorter time period, with substantially more benefit, and with less risk. Since we commit within our license to support your company's financial reporting and processing requirements within the base product, little, if any, customization is required.
All company accounting methodology is incorporated into the base software, with data tables (not specific options) controlling the processing. If changes or enhancements are needed to support a client's functional requirements and are within the general scope of the software, PowerPlan will extend the base system. Such enhancements are completed in a generalized manner, incorporated into the base system and available to all clients in the next release. Therefore, when upgrades are made available, no retrofit is necessary and the upgrade can be fully implemented within a few days.
