Raphael (Rafi) Shure

Chief Executive Officer

Rafi brings a wealth of experience to PowerPlan from his years in the software delivery space. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Aderant. As a key member of the executive team for more than 12 years, he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s strong growth during that time. His expertise spans strategy, finance and customer operations.

Prior to Aderant, Rafi worked as an investment professional at Thoma Bravo, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on software and services companies. Before Thoma Bravo, he worked at Cambridge Associates, an investment advisory firm, where he advised institutional investors on private equity investments across North America, Europe, and Asia. Rafi holds an MBA with honors distinction from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BA in Government and Economics from Cornell University.

Outside the office, you can catch Rafi on the tennis court or playing pick-up basketball with his kids, and spending quality time with friends and family.
