Trey Ruello

Chief Financial Officer

Trey brings extensive experience in financial leadership, strategy and strategic transformation. At PowerPlan, he oversees Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT, guiding the company’s operational scale-up and cloud transformation.

Prior to PowerPlan, Trey served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at Aderant, where he played a key role in driving M&A strategy and execution, planning, and growth initiatives. He previously led FP&A at Masterbrand and held finance and product management leadership roles at Roper Technologies and its portfolio company iTradeNetwork. Prior to Roper, Trey was an investment banker at VRA Partners.  He earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Outside of the office you can find Trey spending time with his wife and two children, cooking and cheering for his favorite college and NFL football teams.
