1. Changes posted February 1, 2026
Summary of updates:
- Moved the following content previously included in Learning Portal order forms to the Terms of Use:
- Initial provisioning process for online access for Learning Portal users.
- Learning portal user decommissioning timing and process.
- Learning Portal plan type: standard or enterprise.
- Subscription term, renewals, and cancellations.
2. Changes posted April 1, 2025
Summary of updates:
- Harmonized terminology when referring to Client.
- Initial provisioning process for online access for Learning Portal users.
- Restructured agreement to create a section with provisions relating to instructor-led trainings, including new language around standardization of training materials, advance scheduling requirements, financial consequences of late cancellation, maximum class sizes and duration, virtual-first approach, Client provision of necessary environments and databases, and prohibition of recording.
- Added an obligation for PowerPlan to create and update this “What’s Changed” summary of updates.
- Clarified that Client portal terms and conditions, onboarding forms, access agreements, or similar documents are not part of the governing terms.
3. Changes posted July 1, 2024
Summary of updates:
- Added general provisions addressing assignment, governing law, waiver, severability, and entire agreement.
- Added ‘Version Updates’ provision to make clear that new versions of the Learning Portal Terms of Use and Training Policy will become effective upon a customer’s next renewal in the case of Learning Portal subscriptions and subsequently-held training classes for instruct-led trainings.
