Signing in to your PowerPlan Account
Depending on your organization’s security set up, your authentication process could vary.
- Enter your Username.
- Typically, your username is your email.
- Click Next.
- You are automatically redirected to your organization’s identity provider (IdP) for authentication.
After your credentials are authenticated by your IdP based on your organization’s policies, you are granted access to the PowerPlan application.
I Forgot My Username or Password
PowerPlan utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO), and therefore does not store user passwords. We recommend contacting your organization’s IT representatives with questions regarding your username, password and general authentication process.
Why Did I Get Signed Out?
After a period of inactivity, the application masks the screen from view for security purposes. When the application is secured, you must re-authenticate to continue the session. After continued inactivity, you are signed out of the system and any unsaved changes are discarded.
