Your Personal Information is stored by us on our servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services we engage, located in the United States. Personal Information entered on our Site may be transferred and stored there. Your Personal Information may be used (see previous section “How We Use Personal Information”) outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Disclosures for National Security or Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We gather information such as the visitor’s type of browser and operating system being used and visitor’s computer's IP address. While visiting the Site, we take note of which pages of the Site are being viewed, when, and for how long. This information helps us to improve the design of our Site and to learn what type of information our visitors are finding most helpful or interesting. Information is only gathered while the visitor is within www.PowerPlan.com, and although we record how a visitor arrives at the Site, we do not gather other information about any other non-PowerPlan websites that have been visited before or after the visit to the Site.
In addition, PowerPlan uses a third party, Salesforce (through its Pardot business unit), to assist in the management of and, under certain circumstances, host portions of this website. For portions of this website assisted by Salesforce, its privacy information will also govern Salesforce’s and PowerPlan’s collection and use of information received from visitors and their computers.
Under certain circumstances, we may gather online advertising IDs, location data, and unique device identifiers.
PowerPlan employs cookies in order for its servers to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. California and Delaware law require companies doing business in those States to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, we adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Notice and do not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests.
