1. Changes posted July 1, 2026
Summary of updates:
- Clarified how this Policy works alongside the SaaS Standard Terms, API Terms of Use, AI Addendum, and Security Policy.
- Named PowerPlan’s core network and application security measures and prohibited bypassing, evading, or circumventing them.
- Prohibited use of bots, scrapers, AI agents, headless browsers, and other automated tools to access the Software outside of authorized API calls.
- Prohibited use of false, misleading, or pretext identities, or credentials issued to someone else, to access the Software.
- Expanded the reverse engineering prohibition to cover AI-assisted observation, testing, or mirroring of the Software.
- Prohibited use of the Software, or data derived from it, to train AI models or build competing products.
- Added an obligation to cooperate with PowerPlan in investigating and remediating violations.
