At PowerPlan, ELEVATE has always been a special opportunity for us to come together with the PowerPlan community to share best practices and innovations.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our first priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees. With this in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person ELEVATE conference and recreate the event in a new and virtual way.

We will miss bringing everyone together in person, but we are excited to shape our new virtual ELEVATE in a way that will bring all the fun, innovation and learning to the PowerPlan community.

What is the status of ELEVATE 2020?  

We have made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person ELEVATE conference that was scheduled to take place in San Diego, California from November 15-18, 2020. We will be recreating ELEVATE in a new and virtual way to bring all of the fun, innovation, and learning to the PowerPlan community.  We are still working through the revised agenda so stay tuned for more details.

What is the current plan for ELEVATE 2020 as a virtual conference?

We will host the virtual conference November 10 – 13, 2020 a week earlier than our original event for free to all of our customers. We are still working through all the details on bringing ELEVATE to you virtually in a new and exciting way. We will share more information as soon as we can.

What will the cost be of the virtual ELEVATE?

We will be offering our virtual event for free to all of our customers.  We hope that this will be an added benefit so more customers can take advantage of the valuable content the program has to offer. 

What are the plans for future ELEVATE conferences? 

As we work through the logistics of our virtual 2020 ELEVATE, we are also considering our next in person ELEVATE conference for 2022. It is our greatest hope that we will still be able to hold our next conference in person but will continue to monitor and update the PowerPlan community as soon as we have more information. 

Will PowerPlan refund all purchased passes for ELEVATE 2020?

Absolutely, PowerPlan will refund all customers that have already registered and purchased passes for ELEVATE 2020. A team member will be reaching out to you directly to confirm you have received your refund in full.

Will PowerPlan provide reimbursement for airfare or hotels booked for ELEVATE 2020?

No, unfortunately PowerPlan will not be able to provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked for ELEVATE 2020. We are working closely with the Marriott Marquis San Diego to ensure all rooms booked for the PowerPlan ELEVATE conference get canceled with no penalty. Please also reach out to the hotel directly (+1 619.234.1500) to ensure your reservation is canceled properly and no charges will be charged to your method of payment.

Many airlines are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact the airline directly to review options.

Can I apply my already purchased conference pass to future ELEVATE conferences?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply or transfer registration passes purchased for ELEVATE 2020 to future ELEVATE conferences. 

Will this virtual conference offer CPE or hands on training?

We are still working through all the details of the event since we just made this decision. As we have more details available, we will be certain to share them with you.
