PowerPlan Contracts
Our online terms contracting model consists of four key components:
1. The order form or statement of work that contains transaction-specific details
2. The customer agreement containing the terms and conditions that govern depending on the type of transaction
3. The additional terms that may apply depending on the type of transaction
4. The customer-facing policies applicable to the transaction that provide additional information on how our offerings are delivered
Customer Agreements
Professional Services Agreement
These terms govern our professional services engagements such as migrations, implementations, upgrades, trainings, and other consulting projects
Software License Agreement
These terms govern the license grants of our on-premises products as well as corresponding maintenance, managed services, cloud services, and sustaining support offerings
